He has been a successful retail and business-to-business sales person for the past 20 years with the vast majority of his experience in the financial services industry. His areas of specialty include; prospecting, client retention, closing the sale, developing quality referral sources and establishing repeatable success oriented processes. He is a certified BANKCODE™ trainer for Fundamentals, Speed Coding, and Power Scripting.
In addition to being a successful salesman Edward is also a business owner that started a property and casualty insurance agency. Beginning with no clients he grew the agency into a multi location firm with six employees. During his tenure as owner the agency has sustained double digit revenue growth every year in existence. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia Edward has a BA from Georgia State University and an MBA from Pfeiffer University.
Raquel Tillman is one of The Sales Rhino’s executive coaches and trainers. Her focus industries are insurance, financial services, and entrepreneurs. Her areas of expertise are negotiating, finding clarity and defining your market, building your network, and navigating corporate relationships.
Raquel has over 25 plus years of experience working in insurance and financial services. She also has hands on sales experience as a life and property and casualty insurance sales agent and Agency Director. She has worked with both small entrepreneurs and C Suite level executives. She is a certified BANKCODE™ trainer for Fundamentals, Speed Coding, and Power Scripting.
Raquel has earned her B.A. from Spelman College and a M.B.A. from Emory University in Atlanta GA. She holds industry designations including Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) and the Associate in Risk Management (ARM). In 2016, she serves as President of the Charlotte Chapter of CPCU.
